It is an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday or for two or three couples looking for privacy, space, a private pool and magnificent views of Montgó and the surrounding valley.

The villa features 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 2 complete bathrooms
All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.
The property also offers a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI, 42" flat-screen TV, satellite channels in English, French and Spanish, central heating, ceiling fans and mosquito screens.
PRIVATE MASTER SUITE WITH TERRACE AND SPECTACULAR VIEWS
The master bedroom occupies the upper floor and includes an en-suite bathroom, offering excellent privacy with almost the entire first floor dedicated to the suite.
Its private terrace enjoys spectacular views of Montgó and the surrounding valley, making it the perfect place to relax in the evening.
PRIVATE POOL AND 1,500 M² MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of Villa Limonero.
It features a fantastic 10 x 5 m private swimming pool, illuminated and equipped with Roman steps, surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area that enjoys sunshine throughout most of the day.
The 1,500 m² landscaped Mediterranean garden is filled with lemon trees, orange trees, shrubs and other Mediterranean plants.
TERRACES AND OUTDOOR DINING AREA
The villa offers several outdoor spaces for making the most of Jávea's Mediterranean climate:
- 30 m² main covered terrace
- 2 open terraces of 20 m² and 15 m²

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa magnifique, les prestations sont excellentes, tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, c’est une villa appropriée pour des vacances en famille au calme. Tout correspond au descriptif ! Patricia est très accueillante et soigneuse, elle est de très bon conseils et attache beaucoup d’importance au confort de ses clients! Merci beaucoup. Nous recommandons cette location saisonnière !

Villa Limonero is a lovely property, very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is fantastic and the outside area is spacious and private. There are numerous restaurants within a short drive from the villa and Javea town is in easy reach. We would love to return and recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the Javea area.
