Description
The Sofía Dénia Plaza Apartment is a modern, bright and comfortable property located in the Residencial Dénia Plaza complex. It is situated in a quiet and well-connected area in the centre of Dénia. With a south-facing orientation and pleasant mountain views, this 109 m² apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort, excellent location and quality. It is ideal for unforgettable holidays on the Costa Blanca. It accommodates up to 4 guests and is perfect for families or couples looking for space and tranquillity near the sea.
The property features two double bedrooms, one of them with a 150 cm bed, and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The living-dining area is spacious and very bright, creating a cosy atmosphere all year round. It is equipped with air conditioning and ducted heating, ensuring a perfect temperature in both summer and winter. WIFI connection and satellite TV complete the comfort of the accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can feel at home. It includes a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a juicer, blender and washing machine. An iron and portable drying rack are also available. Everything is provided for short or long stays.
Outside, the apartment features a 20 m² covered terrace and a 20 m² open terrace. Both are equipped with automatic awnings and two sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The complex offers a communal swimming pool, jacuzzi and landscaped gardens, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. A private covered parking space is included, and the building has a lift.
Located just 1.8 km from the beach, the Sofía Dénia Plaza Apartment is close to everything. Supermarkets, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. It is an ideal choice to enjoy the charm of Dénia with all the comforts.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el Apartamento Sofía en Dénia. El alojamiento está impecable, muy bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones cómodas. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, y se nota que han pensado en cada detalle. La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona tranquila pero muy bien conectada con el centro de Dénia y cerca de la playa, lo que nos permitió movernos fácilmente sin necesidad de coger el coche constantemente. La urbanización es otro punto fuerte, muy agradable y bien mantenida, ideal tanto para familias como para parejas que buscan desconectar. La piscina y las zonas comunes son perfectas para relajarse. Destacar también la excelente atención recibida, siempre atentos y disponibles para cualquier duda o recomendación durante la estancia. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable en Dénia. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo 😊

Appartement très agréable. Toutes les commodités sont proches .Belle grande terrasse de 40 m2 , divisée en 2 avec une partie protégée par des vitres coulissantes , très grand store électrique pour être à l'abri des regards. Rien ne manque dans ce logement et tout est de qualité. Je recommande.

Cet appart est un havre de paix tout en étant situé dans un quartier vivant .Rien à dire sur l'équipement de la cuisine , du wifi fibre , des lits ,etc .Nous avons découvert la charmante ville de Denia .Cité historique , grand port , départs pour les Baleares quartiers pittoresques , brefs totalement satisfaits.

Nous avons souvent loué des appartements sur la Costa Blanca ,mais quand nous avons découvert cette location , c'était un enchantement , Il y a tout , tout , tout et la propreté est exemplaire. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento Sofía en Denia ha sido fantástica. Viajamos con nuestro hijo pequeño y todo fue muy cómodo: el apartamento estaba impecable, bien equipado y con espacio suficiente para los tres. La ubicación es muy práctica y tranquila. Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza, perfecta para desayunar mientras el niño jugaba. Además, la atención fue muy cercana y profesional. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia realmente agradable en el apartamento Sofía en Denia. El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio y bien cuidado. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención recibida, siempre amable y disponible, algo que valoramos mucho. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos en todo momento.Si tuviera que destacar algo en particular, sería la comodidad de la cama y el silencio por las noches, lo que nos permitió descansar perfectamente durante toda la estancia. Para nosotros, eso ha sido clave. En definitiva, una experiencia muy positiva que recomendaríamos a cualquiera.
