The house is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find:

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms:
- 1 double bedroom with a double bed
- 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm
- 1 single bedroom with a 90 cm bed
The villa also offers air conditioning, gas underfloor central heating, WIFI and TV.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. It features a fantastic 11 x 5 m private swimming pool, private garden and a pleasant 30 m² open terrace.

Tres belle villa!!! Très bien équipée, confortable !!!! A proximité du centre ville et de la mer seulement à 15 minutes à pied !!!! Très proche des commerces ce qui est un plus, pas une fois nous avons utilisé notre voiture. La piscine est magnifique avec petit espace de verdure. Je recommande vivement!!!

This was our second stay and we had another wonderful holiday. The pool is lovely and our kids loved chilling in the shade then cooling off in the pool. There are 2 sunbeds (another even 1 would be good as there were 5 of us staying?). Patricia is easy to contact and really lovely to deal with, making everything easy. The beds are really comfy and we all slept really well. We would love to return!

Es una casa muy bien cuidada y muy limpia, con todo lo necesario. Ideal para familias. La piscina está muy bien. La playa está a poca distancia y se puede ir andando. Ha sido un acierto elegir esta casa para pasar las vacaciones.

Es una casa estupenda, con todos los detalles, bien decorada, estupendos colchones, quiero destacar la limpieza, la casa esta limpísima. Es muy agradable, el jardín y de noche con toda la iluminación incluida la piscina es precioso. La situación es magnífica cerca de todos los servicios y a pocos minutos de la playa, por poner un inconveniente, la salida de la parcela a la carretera es difícil, pero le cogimos el truco y sin problema.

The Villa is in a great location for the Arenal area, clean & tidy. Pool is great. Host was there if you needed & gave us so much information. A bonus is the bed & pillows are so comfortable, a good night sleep every night. Definitely would recommend.

La vivienda es muy cómoda y dispone de todos los servicios. Nos estrañó que a la llegada nos pidieran una fianza, luego nos la devolvieron sin problema. No es muy comoda la entrada y salida de los coches, pero pudimos aparcar dos coches sin problema. La anfitriona fue muy amable.

Great location for a stay in Javea but on a very busy road which does give some noise. Also the attached property is now being used and there is some noise from that. All in all a good place to stay though.

Angenehme Zeit Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte genau und pünktlich wie verabredet und war ebenso unkompliziert wie beim auschecken. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben in super Lage. Zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants und Strand ebenfalls zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Deutsches, Englisches, Spanisches TV. Patricia und ihre Eltern sind freundliche Gastgeber und stehen gerne zur Verfügung . Gerne wieder.

Excellent The villa was spacious and tastefully decorated with all the amenities required for a home from home experience. Highlight the cleanliness of the house, excellent The pool and outside area was fantastic with a lovely gazebo with plenty of seating in the shade and sunshine. All in all it was a great location you do need a car but it only took us 12 minutes to walk to Arenal beach with a good range of restaurants cafes and bars. I would certainly consider a return visit. The meet and greet service was excellent and Ika was able to provide information on both the villa amenities as well as details of shops, restaurants and local events.

Simplemente fantástica!! Hemos estado tan bien... La casa tenía calefacción por suelo radiante, súper acogedora y soleada. La casa está muy limpia, no le hace falta nada, está muy completa. No hemos tenido que utilizar el coche para nada, se puede ir andando a todo, cosa que a mi marido le encanta. La propietaria es muy atenta y amable. La recomendaría siempre, aunque me gustaría mantenerlo en secreto.
